This transforms Insights from being just a cost center to being a true strategic asset.
That is exactly what I’ve done in over 20 years on the corporate side, in roles leading Insights functions at Microsoft, NetJets (Berkshire Hathaway) and Valvoline. And now with IGI Group clients I work in a fractional executive capacity, filling the role of Insights champion and chief outsider.
